Book Content Copyright
The text, illustrations, characters, and design of each book on Name It Me are the copyrighted work of the respective Creator or rights holder. Listing a book on our marketplace does not transfer those rights to us or to buyers. All rights in the original works remain with their owners.
Your License
When you purchase a personalized edition, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to that edition. You may download it, read it, and print copies for your own family’s use. You may not copy, redistribute, share, resell, sublicense, or use the book for any commercial purpose. Your license covers the personalized edition you bought, not the underlying work or any right to reproduce it.
Name It Me Trademarks
The Name It Me (NameIt.ME) name, logo, site design, and related branding are trademarks and property of Active Alliances. You may not use them without our prior written permission, and you may not use them in any way that suggests endorsement or that could confuse others about who provides our service.
DMCA & Reporting Infringement
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our Creators and users to do the same. If you believe content on Name It Me infringes your copyright or trademark, please contact us through the “I need HELP!” support link with the following:
- A description of the work you believe is being infringed.
- The location of the material on our site, such as the listing or page.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and that the information you provide is accurate.
We will review valid reports and may remove or disable access to infringing material and, where appropriate, take action against repeat infringers.
Respecting Creators’ Rights
Our Creators put real care into their books. Please honor their work by keeping your personalized editions for your own use and not copying, sharing, or reselling them. Respecting these rights keeps the marketplace fair and helps Creators keep making books families love.
